1. That I shall be exclusively responsible for any damage that may occur to me or to any third parties as a direct or indirect results of my use of the SeaDoo 1300 jet ski, being rented to me by Borg Water Sports Ltd. & Blue Crocodile Ltd.

2. That I expressly exonerate Borg Water Sports Ltd. & Blue Crocodile Ltd. or any of its officers or employees and hold them harmless against any such damage that maybe occasioned to me as a direct or indirect result of my use of the SeaDoo 1300 jet ski. I also indemnify Borg Water Sports Ltd. & Blue Crocodile Ltd. for any damage or, without prejudice to the above, any claim that they may suffer as a direct or indirect results of my use of the above mentioned jet ski.

3. That I have been made aware that I am required to keep 300 meters distance from any coast or sandy beach when driving outside the swimming zone of Golden Bay.

4.  That I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication and I do not suffer any medical condition or mental illness which would prevent me from safely driving a jet ski.

5.  That I am over the age of 18.

​

6.  That I accept that the jet ski is fitted with safety features limiting the speed to 11 km/h outside of a GPS mapped safe zone.

7.  That i accept a full refund is given only if I return the jet ski within the first 3 minutes of the time.

8.  That I have read the above and have fully understood and appreciate it’s content and purport.
